DSH plus was developed for the dynamic nonlinear calculation of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and components.
The simulation program is used for analysis of system dynamics, system revision, component selection, component development, fault diagnosis, as well as for training purposes. 
Main Program

DSH plus is a graphic oriented program that focuses in the description of the system on the function unit "component part" as the central element of the modelling conception.
The resulting circuit analogy, aligned to ISO 1219, allows an easy and comfortable design of the simulation model and guarantees that the user feels immediately familiar with the simulation tool.

Technical Libraries

The DSH plus components are described by analytical models representing the hydraulic, pneumatic, electric or mechanical behavior of the system.
The libraries contain component descriptions with different level of detail, whereby the level of detail of the more simple components is aligned to the manufacturer catalogue data.

Virtual Engineering Lab

The DSH plus Program Modules are a collection of tools, that supports the design engineer's work from the conception of a fluid power drive through the controller set-up to the final start-up of the system.
The result is a system design optimally adjusted to the technical problem. This leads to a reduction of the prototype expenditure and effects in a significant saving of development time.

Runtime version and Know How Protection

The DSH plus Parameter Protection enables a secured, password protected know-how protection and parameter concealment for simulation models.
In combination with the DSH plus Runtime Version the parameter protection is an ideal tool for engineers, technicians, or sales persons that merely want to run models in order to evaluate different design scenarios.

Sub -Model Functionality

DSH plus Sub-Model functionality has been developed for a graphical programming of new DSH plus library elements.
Without writing a single line of code any DSH plus model can be converted to a reusable sub-model.
Validated parameter sets build a data base for the new library element.

Component Programming

The DSH plus Component Programming Editor is a graphical based development tool for new equation based DSH plus components.
The editor automatically generates a C++ source code template, including function and variable definitions for each component connector, and a standard parameter set for the component.

Simulation model coupling and export

DSH plus offers a gerneric interface for simulation model coupling and export. The main objective of this interface is it to provide engineers with options that enable a convenient integration and linkage of DSH plus models to other simulation environments. Implementations to the most popular MBS programs and to MATLAB/Simulik are available.
